Who is Drive Industries?

We are the designers of all the products you see on this site (and on the destination links). Drive Industries Design Group is a studio of artists, photographers, apparel, textile designers, as well as adorable doggies and kitty cats. For many years, we have worked for and in the Action Sports industry for some of the largest and most famous surfwear manufacturers. We all have special connections to the islands of Hawai’i, while most of us are based in Southern California.

Who manufactures the cases in your store?

Our Special Edition cases are manufactured and fulfilled by hawaiiancases.com. Other cases are fulfilled by Zazzle (www.zazzle.com) or Red Bubble (www.redbubble.com). When you click on a product within our website, you will be taken either to hawaiiancases.com, Zazzle, or Red Bubble, depending on the product you select.

Who are Red Bubble and Zazzle?

They are print-on-demand companies that allow designers like us offer a vast assortment of products in a variety of styles and colors. The cases are produced only when you order them, not before. That allows us to constantly update our products to assure the best styles and newest models available.

Do they make the cases?

There are various manufacturers used for the Zazzle products. These manufacturers are listed under their prices. Red Bubble uses Uncommon. All the products are printed in the US. Some are manufactured in the U.S., while others have some components made in the U.S. (like the beautiful wood skins made by Carved on our Real Wood cases). Other parts are made in Asia.

Who do we pay?

When you order a case through our website, the order is taken from either Shopify, Zazzle, or Red Bubble. They have the product printed, manage the financials and then ship the product to you. Once you have selected your case, you will know if the order will be processed through Shopify, Zazzle, or Red Bubble.

What payment methods are accepted?

Special Edition case purchases via hawaiiancases.com (which utilizes secure processing by Shopify) can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, or ApplePay. Cases purchased via Zazzle can be paid for using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Red Bubble accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal as well as Pay with Amazon.

Is it secure?

Orders placed via hawaiiancases.com, Zazzle, and Red Bubble have highly secure check-out protection methodologies.

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping price varies by item and your location. You can choose standard or expedited shipping. The shipping rate will be quoted to you before you finalize the sale.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. We also have interplanetary shipping to the International Space Station, Mars, Saturn, and Planet Zargon 9. (Coming soon to Jupiter!)

Something is wrong with my Special Edition case. What's your return policy?

No worries! If the Special Edition case you purchased from us arrives damaged or is defective, we have a 30-day return policy.* Just send your damaged or defective Special Edition case to hawaiiancases.com for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your purchased case must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

(*Sorry, but we can’t accept a Special Edition case return if you simply change your mind; we can only help you with damaged or defective cases.)

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if your order arrived in damaged condition or if we confirm that your case is defective. 

Here’s how: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us a photo of the damaged product or packaging. Please keep your original product packaging, which you should use to return your damaged or defective case to us. Our customer service department will email you instructions for processing the return. If you need to make a return or have any questions, email us at info@hawaiiancases.com. Mahalo!

What if I am not happy with my case from Zazzle?

If you are not satisfied with a Zazzle-made product for any reason, you may return your purchase to Zazzle for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. If you need to make a return, contact the Zazzle Return Department.

What if I am not happy with my case from Red Bubble?

Like Zazzle, Red Bubble also offers a Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with your Red Bubble order, get in touch with the fine folks at Red Bubble's Returns and Exchanges Department. They will either offer a replacement, provide you with a store credit or give you your money back.

Are your animals part of your staff?

At Drive Industries Design Group, it's reigning cats and dogs! It’s their world – we just live in it. Happily. Grace is our CFO (Chief Feline Officer). Pixel is our Design Director and Chief Executive Troublemaker. Magic the Dog is Graphic Designer Extraordinaire and major snugglebug. We could not live without them.
